Jay Mattlin is director of new product/business development at Signet Research, a leading provider of advertising performance and strategic research for publishers and trade associations.  He has also served as a research consultant to the MPA, helping to compile and produce its annual Factbook.  He was previously senior vice president for New Ventures and GfK MRI, where he was responsible for investigating and pursuing new technologies, products, markets and opportunities to enhance or expand GfK MRI’s media measurement capabilities.  He began his media research career at Time Inc. and has held research positions at AOL, NBC and Knowledge Networks.  He has been interviewed about media research on Bloomberg TV and radio programs and has spoken frequently at industry conferences, including those of the Print and Digital Research Forum, the Advertising Research Foundation, the American Association for Public Opinion Research and the Council of American Survey Research Organizations
