Chuck Croft is the president of Kalmbach Publishing Co., based in suburban Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Founded in 1934, Kalmbach serves the special-interest and enthusiast markets with 12 magazine brands and related books, and produces websites and events based on those content areas. In 2016, the company launched Drone 360 and made its first acquisition in the board game market. Kalmbach’s brands include Discover, Trains, Model Railroader, Bead&Button, Astronomy, American Snowmobiler and FineScale Modeler.

Since joining Kalmbach in 1998, Croft has served as the vice president of finance and the executive vice president. In 2012, he moved into his current role and also joined the company’s board of directors. He has been on the MPA – Association of Magazine Media ’s IMAG Advisory Board since 2007, and he joined the DRG board of directors in 2016.
